how are you like him?
Wavy Gravy once said, “we are al the same person trying to shake hands with ourselves.”
that is very funny to think about meeting myself in so many disguises, especially the ones
I would want tohide out from, like George Bush. how am ilike George Bush? oh, this is awful.
i didn’t want to write about this. you never know what will come up when you promise Marie
that you wil write with her, on the West Coast, for one hour, no matter what.
well, if I was a guy I would wear red ties. he does that a lot. his daughters went way South.
mine did too. he is probably having an affair with someone he works with.
i have been known to have made that error. he doesn’t accept help easily.
he is a bossy bully type. i recognize those character defects because i even revisit them myself occasionally,
even though i like to think of them as only in the past.
he is definitely way out of touch with important details. i. still haven’t completed my new web site.
I easily ignore what I don’t want to give attention to. ..
George and I have more in common than i feel comfortable really revealing even to myself. . .
it would be easier if you liked me to tell you how my husband is like George…or if you told me, what about you, how are you like George Bush?
this is not a fun assignment, but its’ distinctions reveal a lot of places where some work can be done on current issues.
where are you having a war to keep everyone busy? where are you listening to the man behind the curtain?
where are you reading storybooks with children when you should be handling major emerging circumstances?
where are you insisting on doing what you are doing when it’s more than clear that it isn’t working?
where are you hanging tough when you should be accepting help that wishes to reach you?
